FANCY gifts and cards can be ordered three ways: via our secure online shopping cart, via phone at 404.510.3208, or via mail. If you wish to order via mail, please contact us for instructions. Please note that we are a secure web site. We do not share any information that is provided to us and we will not sell your information to anyone.


FANCY accepts Visa, MasterCard, check, and money orders. Please allow a 10 day waiting period on all personal checks and note that a $35 service fee is charged for all returned checks. Orders will not be processed until a valid form of payment is received.


All FANCY orders shipped within Georgia will be charged 8% sales tax.


We want you to be totally satisfied with your FANCY purchase. If for any reason, you are unhappy, please contact us with your reason for return at returns@fancygiftsandcards.com within 14 days to obtain a Return Authorization number. ALL returns must have an RA number or they will not be accepted. All returned items must be in original condition. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. We are happy to fix any repairs at our expense, excluding normal wear and tear. Please note that FANCY jewelry is made with semi-precious stones that contain natural imperfections. No two stones will be alike and this is meant to enhance the uniqueness of your piece. Custom orders cannot be returned.


Our goal at FANCY is to provide you with the most unique gifts and jewelry and we are happy to accept custom designs. All jewelry can be resized or recreated in the stone of your choice. Most gifts are available in a variety of colors and patterns. If there is a color or pattern you are looking for, please contact us at custom@fancygiftsandcards.com for a custom quote. Most custom orders take 4-6 weeks, depending on the items and are non-returnable. Bulk discounts may apply.


In-stock merchandise usually ships within 5 business days. Custom orders may take 4-6 weeks. All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are based on purchase totals and include handling materials. If you require expedited shipping, shipping to a post office box or international shipping, please contact sales@fancygiftsandcards.com. Rush orders can be placed for an additional charge. Each wholesale order is custom-made and requires a 50% deposit at the time of the order, with remaining payments to be charged after shipment.
